This is to certifiy that Thomas Cotter was admitted a member of the Cork branch on the 15th day of March 1858 In witness thereof we have subscribed our names and affixed the seal of our branch. Hugh Tipin president and John Milton, Secretary.
1886- He was listed on the marriage certificate of his son as an engineer, deceased.
