We declare that in the presence of the witnesses Jan Lapiński, age 40 and Jan Warakomski, age 24, both householders residing in Suwałki, on todays' date took place a religious marriage ceremony performed by the Rev. Kazimierz Smoleński, a vicar of the Suwałki parish between Romuald Karpowicz, a bachelor, born in Suwałki, residing by his parents, son of Jan Karpowicz and Franciszka nee Łapińśka, householders and farmers residing in Suwałki, age 24; and Antonina Tylenda, a spinster, daughter of Wincenty Tylenda and late Katarzyna nee Gryszkiewicz, householders and farmers, residing in Suwałki, age 30, born in Suwałki and residing by her father. Three banns to this marriage were announced in the Suwałki parish church on 11, 18 and 25 November of the current year. The pre-marital agreement has not been contracted No obstacles were encountered. This document was read to the newlyweds and the witnesses and it was signed by Lapinski.
