Weis' "Ancestral Roots . . ." (180:3) says he was the Praetorian Prefect of Gaul, 451, at Rome 469, 475; friend & relative of Sidonius Apollinaris.
Per Stuart's "Royalty For Commoners" (236:50), he was Consul in 453.
