Web Notes notes for Tuathal Teachdmar 106th Monarch Of Ireland
The Four Masters reckon him as the 106th Monarch of Ireland as say that he died 106.

Born in exile in his mother's country of Alba (Scotland). With aid from his grandfather, the King of Alba, he invaded Ireland and after many battles became monarch. He may have had support also from the Romans. Tacitus in his biography of Gnaeus Julius Agricola, states that one of the Irish Princes who was in exile from his own country, waited on Agricola, who was then the Roman General in Britain, to solicit his support in the recovery of the Kingdom of Ireland. This was probably him. He is supposed to have instigated the fine of 6,000 cattle payable by Leinster every second year, as punishment for the death of his only two daughters, Fithir and Darina. This tribute was exacted for over 600 years, until remitted by Finachta Fleadhach, the 153d Monarch. He erected a royal palace at Tailtean around the grave of Queen Tailte. He married Baine, the daughter of Sgaile Balbh, King of England, who may have been a sub king under Roman rule, or a Roman governor.9
