From book Mostyn of Mostyn, page 6:
Angharad was by Elen, Hywel's first wife, the daughter of Loumarc ap Hymeid, King of Dyfed; and according to a pedigree of her compiled in the last half of the 10th century (1), a descendant of Vortiporius King of Dyfed (2) who lived in the time of Gildas, some 350 years before Hywel began to reign.
(1) Harl. MS. 3859
(2) He was a King of the Dematae, and the inscription (in Latin and Ogam) on the stone set up for him, and found near his capitol, reads in Latin : Memoria Voteporigis protictoris. In the Ogam the name is written Votecorigas, in the genitive. He was son of one Agricola.
