No obstacles were encountered. The newlyweds confessed before the marriage.

We declare that in the presence of the witnesses W.[ielmożny] Tomasz Maximowicz, assystenta archiwum Sekcji Dóbr i Lasów przy Rządzie Gubernialnym Augustowskim = Archive assistance of the Estates and Forests Section by the Augustów Gubernia Government, residing in Suwałki, age 37 and W[ielmożny] Jan Frąckiewicz, oficialista w Dobrach [rozdukowanych?] = an officer of the Estates, age 34, residing in Dowspuda, on todays' date took place a religious marriage ceremony performed by the Rev. Gabriel Dziekoński between P.[anem] Wawrzyniec Żyliński, a bachelor, age 34, son of Karol Żyliński and Anna nee Michniewicz, born and residing in Osińska droga, parish of Raczki, a kolonista wieczysty = a perpetual colonist; and P.[anią] Marianna Pade, a spinster, age 18, daughter of Józef Pade and Józefa nee Kunicka, born and residing in Suwałki.
